ALMA GRIFFITH
Alma has spent over 30 years in the medical profession specialising in dental care, as a hygienist, educator and teacher; both in the NHS and private sector advising on diet & prevention. Graduated in Nutrition & Dietary therapy at Raworth International Centre, Dorking. She is also a Master Coach in NLP, Time Line Therapy & Hypnosis (Mind Serenity) with the American Board & ANLP. She runs a busy practice in Surrey specialising in:
- Gastrointestinal health: Irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances, constipation/diarrhoea, parasites & fungal infections and any associated bowel disorders.
- Hormonal problems - PMS, menopause, thyroid, adrenal glands.
- Chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety
- Weight Management
- Eating disorders

Her most recent projects are as Programme Manager for the child obesity programme MEND, Tiny Tums workshops for the Sure Start nurseries and Sport nutritional workshops for schools.
She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT), they promote and demand a very high standard from their members in clinical practice with ongoing Continual Professional development as a requirement for continued membership.
Also a member of the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) governing body
Her mission statement is 'to share her knowledge with everyone who is interested in their health, ready to listen and bring about permanent changes in their lifestyle and health through optimum nutrition’.
